Q:  Can my dog be in the yard while you are cleaning?
A:  Of course, we love dogs, but because we are so educated about them, we understand that even some of the cutest, nicest, fluffiest, and loving dogs don't really enjoy having strangers on their turf!  For this reason, we ask that you keep your dogs in the house or secured from the area we will be performing service in.

Q:  Do I have to be home during my service time?
A:  You do not have to be home while we perform our services, however we ask that you unlock all gates prior to service.  (It would look silly if we were trying to climb into your back yard with some garbage bags when you weren't home).

Q:  If I'm not home how will I know you were there?
A:  We will leave a small notification to tell you what time we were at your home and what we did.

Q:  How do I order the service?
A:  You can call us 586-883-3058 or register for service on our website.

Q:  Who do I contact in case I have questions ?
A:  Feel free to contact us via the following methods:

Q:  How do I pay my bill?
A:   Payments can be made by cash or check. Payments are to be made montly regardless of the service plan you are signed up for. A notice will be left at your residence informing you of your payment due date and the balance. The website will also keep track of your billing information. Each payment should be made one month in advance.

Q:  Can I put a hold or stop my service at any time?
A:  Yes.  We do not have a minimum service-length requirement, so you may cancel service at any time by calling us. Also, if you are going away for a week or will not need service for a certain day, please call us and notify us 48 hours in advance.  Prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Q:  Who will be completing  the service at my home?
A:  We put your satisfaction as a priority, so at this time we feel that as owners of this company we should be doing the work.  We want to be involved, since it is our names on the line you can be sure that every job we do will be to perfection.  We treat your yard like it is ours and our children will be the ones playing in it.

Q: How do you keep from spreading the parasites that could be in the stool  you are picking up?
A:  The health and safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us.  Because of this, we go the extra mile to keep you protected from any parasites that may be transferred from home to home.  We use disinfectant in-between each and every job, as well as wear sterile clothing on each job.  In between jobs, we change gear (gloves, shoe covers, etc) to be sure that germs will not be transferred from our previous location to your home.

Q:  What happens to the bagged waste when your done?
A:  We can remove the waste from the premesis for an added cost of $1.00 per visit, or if you have a specific area you would like the waste left, we will also take care of this for you.

Q: What if the weather is severe or snow is covering the waste?
A: If this occurs, we will be sure to take care of it the next time we visit your home.

Q: Do I get a discount for referring a friend to you?
A:  Yes, we love adding a variety of waste from all locations to our collection!  If you have a friend you would like to refer, we will give you one free visit for each new referral you bring our way.  The free visit can be redeemed any time after we have received payment of your fourth service visit.
