Terms of Service
- We expect payments for one time cleanups as soon as service has been completed, and all other services are billed a month in advance. Even if you cancel our service, we will continue to offer our services to you for the remainder of the month you have payed for.
- If your yard is defined as "worst possible scenario," we will requote you before any services are performed. (This does not occur often)
- Your weekly services will begin within 5 business days of initial service request
- All of our estimates are given free for both larger and smaller sized yards.
- The prices listed above should not be used as a pricing reference, but instead to estimate the acutal cost. These prices are based on the average sized yard. Actual prices will vary from lower to higher than the listed prices, depending on the size of your yard.
- One time cleanups can be defined as three or more weeks of accumulated waste without an assigned contract.
- Our prices are subject to change, but we will make an effort to notify you of any changes ahead of time
- We will always do our best to keep our prices lower than our competitors, but our prices may increase with the cost of supplies and labor
